The same will be held on 3, 4 and 5 December and is organized by the Ministry of Tourism of the Province of Mendoza and the Organizing Committee established by Resolution N ยบ 809 / 09.
Congressional Process comprises three stages:
- Pre Congress.
- Congress itself.
- Post Congress.
PRE CONGRESS will be held in two instances:
- Departmental Workshops: will be held in each municipality between 2 and 12 November and the competition is open to the general community (sports, trade, culture, school, health, etc.).
Each workshop will discuss various topics and work:
priority markets;
Gap needs;
priority products;
Department Vision on tourism.
In these workshops, each municipality will arise: 2 community representatives, 1 representative of the Municipality, 1 representative of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs and 1 representative of the Honorable Council.
These are the representatives of each department in the regional workshops and in Congress.
- Regional workshops: to be made later by the Departments. These representatives will attend each municipality.
- They have identified four regions: South, East, Central and North. In these workshops, will emerge a basic document, which will be discussed later in the stage of Congress.
