Monitoring of EB can be summarized as:

EB WITHOUT DYSPLASIA:
After two consecutive negative gastroscopy within one year, surveillance every 3 years.
EB
with mild dysplasia: After two AP
interval of 6 months with mild dysplasia, yearly surveillance.
Tracking is not well defined. EB

with severe dysplasia:
Weigh individually the risk of surgical tto against endoscopic surveillance, endoscopic mucosal resection and endoscopic ablation
